Because of the protection system, whenever you visit the website of Namiko, our web server temporarily register your domain and IP address of the working station, along with several other technical data in session i.e. visit the web pages. Also in some cases Namiko can write information in the form of a “cookie” on your computer in order to tailor a visit to web pages according to your needs ad habits. All information is stored in the form of a “cookie” may be used only for the web service in a way that your privacy will not be compromised. Personal data that is collected during your visit to the web site is kept according to The Law of personal data protection and not deviate to third parties. Data about credit card and bank account will be kept and used exclusively by the NLB Bank for payment of invoices through execution of a transaction. Transaction in payment of invoices is diverted and processed through the portal for payment from the credit cards of NLB Bank. The portal uses advanced data protection and all processes are conducted through secure connection with the bank. Namiko neither collects or access to the information associated with your card or your bank account

Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met Namiko reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
- items and packaging must be received in new condition
- the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- Return Request Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
Before returning package you need to contact Namiko to receive Return Request Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use your account profile order list, phone number listed below or e-mail CustomerSupport@namiko.com.mk. If you have an exchange for the same amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
